Camp Policies

All Campers must

  • Wear Baseball Pants and a Baseball Cap
  • Bring their own Bat, Glove, and Helmet
  • Bring their own Lunch
  • Bring their own Water/Gatorade
Safety Precautions
  • All coaches and counselors will wear masks at all times
  • No Groups of more than 10 (including coaches)
  • All campers will stay 6 feet apart
  • Equipment will be sanitized during breaks (Baseballs will be sprayed with disinfectant spray)
  • Hand sanitizer will always be out and available
  • Temperature Scans every morning
  • Camp check-in staff will wear gloves at all times. All Coaches and counselors will have gloves with them at all times

Rain Policy

Since camp is outdoors the weather can impact us. Please make sure that we have your cell phone number so we can send you weather alerts as needed. If the conditions are not suitable to have camp outside, camp will be moved indoors to the Xavier High School Gym.

If a FULL DAY of camp is cancelled there will be a make up day given(date to be determined by management). 

If the day has begun and rain starts, we do have indoor activities at Xavier HS for the children. If you decide to pick your child up early you will not receive a refund or the make up date. 

Lunch and Snack Policy

There will not be a concessions stand this year. You must bring your own lunch 

A Typical Day

Check In - 8:45 - 9:00

Stretch/Run/Throw - 9:00am - 9:30am

Individual Skill Instruction - 9:30am - 12:00pm

Lunch - 12:00pm - 12:45pm *see policy and payments for our lunch policy

Batting / Bunting / Baserunning - 12:45pm - 2:50

Closing Review - 2:50pm - 3:00pm

* Players ages 13 and over will not have scrimmages, instead they will take part in an intensive Batting Practice and face College Pitchers. 

Campers will be given regular water breaks and we encourage all to bring and use sunblock throughout the day.
